Carrie is an environmental consulting professional with more than 25 years of experience in environmental risk management for industrial, military, and public entities. She has an extensive background in environmental litigation/mediation support, compliance, and remediation projects. Her expertise includes liability investigations and preparation of technical deliverables, including expert reports and position papers. Carrie also has technical expertise in contaminant source, chemistry and data, and fate and transport evaluations with a focus on assessing historical site processes and the specific associations of such with contaminants in the environment. In addition to assessing compliance for liability investigations, Carrie has managed compliance projects and programs in association with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Army Reserve Command, including hazardous materials and waste management, environmental site assessments, health and safety, personnel training, permitting, storm water pollution prevention, and cultural resources management.
