Objectives and Targets
1. Support the education and development of our firm members by implementing an ongoing employee performance evaluation process that provides timely, specific, constructive and actionable feedback to and from all employees.
2. Improve the environmental performance of the firm’s operations and products through the establishment of a green procurement policy.
3. Reduce the firm’s environmental impact by recycling obsolete computer and other electronics equipment on an ongoing basis.
4. Improve process for tracking and documenting employee competencies in all service areas.

Preventive and Corrective Action (PCAN) database
PCANs let the Steering Committee know when an issue has arisen that requires action. Issues can be of any nature that applies to the company, including health and safety, project management, marketing, and environment. If you have an issue that warrants filing a PCAN, please use the PCAN database.
