Carrie is an environmental consulting professional with more than 30 years of experience in environmental risk management for industrial, military, and public entities. Her expertise includes oversight of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers environmental, cultural resource, and natural resource compliance projects associated with civil works or military site design and construction. Additionally, she manages projects to support operational or permitting compliance for various military and industrial facilities as well as for transportation projects. Carrie directs programmatic quality assurance with maintenance of quality systems and quality management plans that support project management and  and the preparation of technical deliverables. Carrie also has an extensive background in environmental litigation/mediation support for large-scale multi-party sites including technical expertise in the assessment of historical site processes and the specific associations of such with contaminants in the environment.
