Rob is an environmental compliance expert who specializes in supporting municipal and county clients in the state of New Jersey improve regulatory compliance, increase energy independence, and reduce environmental impacts. Notably, he serves as a compliance auditor responsible for more than 300 municipalities and 80 municipal utilities authorities in the state of New Jersey under the Environmental Joint Insurance Fund; in this role he is also for conducting on-site claim investigations for hazardous material releases. As a Certified Recycling Professional, Rob has managed recycling program enhancement projects for Essex County, Union County, and Maplewood Township for which he helped improve municipal and county-wide recycling and solid waste management programs. He also regularly attends and presents at bi-monthly Recycling Coordinator/Solid Waste Advisory Council meetings. Additional experience includes the completion of recycling tonnage grant applications; EPA spill prevention control and countermeasure plans; groundwater sampling; wastewater sampling; and air permitting for various combustion, pollutant, and particulate emission sources.
