Laura Suppes, CQM, is an Operations, Health & Safety, and Compliance professional with more than 13 years of experience spanning business operations, human resources, risk management, quality management, and regulated industries. At First Environment, Inc., she works closely with executive leadership and technical teams to streamline operations, develop and implement policies and procedures, manage document control and quality systems, coordinate corporate health and safety programs, and support regulatory and ISO compliance. She also provides cross-functional support for litigation, research, technical writing, and project administration.

As First Environment’s Verification Program Administrator, Laura oversees verification programs supporting 45Z and 45V tax credits, carbon offset programs, greenhouse gas accounting, and Renewable Identification Numbers under the Renewable Fuel Standard Program. She coordinates client and project activities, supports Quality Assurance Plans and verification procedures, tracks personnel competency and certifications, and helps ensure compliance with ISO, ANSI, ANAB, and applicable regulatory requirements. Her renewable fuels experience includes technical and administrative support for 45Z Clean Fuel Verification and the use of models such as 45ZCF-GREET. She is a Certified Quality Manager, California Air Resources Board LCFS Accredited Verifier, and OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER holder, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
