Alfred is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and New York with more than 24 years of experience in environmental contamination investigation and remediation, Brownfield redevelopment, and water resource permitting and groundwater development for water supply systems. His areas of expertise include site investigation and remediation, field geology, water supply hydrogeology, isotope geochemistry, and igneous petrology. In addition, he has extensive experience studying and developing wellhead, watershed, and source water systems. Alfred has managed a multitude of environmental investigation and remediation projects ranging in size and scope from small assessments to multimillion-dollar, multi-discipline investigation, remediation, and redevelopment efforts. His experience also includes work on remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and decision documents at Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) sites in New Jersey. He has served as LSRP for dozens of sites in the New Jersey Site Remediation Program and has managed a multitude of environmental and water supply projects in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
