Matt is a CPSM-certified proposal manager responsible for the coordination and production of First Environment’s submissions across its range of environmental services. He has extensive proposal and marketing experience in the engineering industry, including the environmental, transportation, building, civil, and water sectors. With a background in English secondary education, environmental writing, and residential and commercial project management, Matt leads team members through the proposal and presentation process by utilizing his complementary skills and experience, which enable him to strategically guide the technical staff and persuasively enhance pursuits and business development.
