Mr. Carolan brings over eight years of environmental consulting and contracting experience. Throughout his career, he gained experience in UST removals and site remediation with the NJDEP compliance of proper sampling and reporting. He has a strong understanding of groundwater sampling, calibrations, soil sampling, soil classification, site investigations, and reporting. Additionally, he handles site work plan development, and work plan execution. He has worked directly with residential homeowners, insurance adjusters, and town officials. This exposure allowed him to master communication of project goals and issues on multiple levels. Mr. Carolan expands on this experience to incorporate much larger scale projects and learn to manage the new obstacles that come with scaling.

Mr. Carolan is also knowledgeable about base site diagrams in both AutoCAD and ArGIS. These site diagrams are the basis of all figures for use in NJDEP regulatory reports and Phase I/II Environmental Assessments.
