Devin has more than 15 years of experience providing in-house and external multi-media environmental compliance and management assistance across multiple regulatory program areas and technical disciplines. His project management and support experience with First Environment has spanned third-party compliance auditing, environmental management system implementation, litigation support, sustainability action plans, permitting, CERCLA environmental clean-ups, wastewater engineering and design, and green-technology stormwater controls. As the lead project manager for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Devin has administered more than 30 federal contracts on behalf of the agency. Devin also serves as the company’s Director of Federal Programs and leads federal teaming initiatives, contract pursuits, and proposal development.
