Environmental Professional: Geologist/Hydrogeologist
(New Jersey)
Qualified candidates are required to have:
- BS in Geology or Hydrogeology
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Sub-Surface Evaluator’s Certification
- Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and the ISRA process
- Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Preliminary Assessments
- Designing soil and groundwater investigations
- Implementing soil and groundwater investigations, including soil sample and groundwater collection
- Underground storage tank removal oversight
- Report writing
- Proposal support
- Project management
