Environmental Professional - Site Investigation & Remediation
(New Jersey)
First Environment, Inc., a leading environmental consulting services company that provides strategic environmental and engineering services throughout the U.S., has an immediate opening in their Northern New Jersey headquarters for an Environmental Professional.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and perform environmental site assessments leading to remediation design
- Conduct field investigations
- Manage a variety of environmental projects
- Ability to interface with clients and regulators
- Prepare reports
Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering
- Subsurface evaluator license a plus
- Current 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Hands-on remediation experience
- Working knowledge of environmental regulations
- Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
